中谷宇吉郎博士の言う通り雪は天からの贈り物であり私たちはその恩恵を受けている。しかし雪は変化する。風が吹けばふきだまりが発達し、雪崩の危険が高まる。ピットチェックを過信せず吹雪の風下側の危険を常識とすること。そうすれば事故を減らせる。ビーコンは持ったか? プローブやショベル、ショートロープはあるか? 非常食は? 自分のいる場所がわかるか? このスポーツに安全はない。今日の雪は素晴らしく良い。

Isobars are wide and coastal wave heights are decreasing. Winds peaked last night at 8 PM at 20m/s in the western areas at 1000m, then hovered around 10m/s until morning. Observations indicate that new wind slabs are stabilizing over time. The overall avalanche risk is low. All peak gates are expected to open. Follow the ski patrol instructions. The area outside the gates is not a ski resort. Do not enter strictly prohibited areas based on your own selfish logic. You will lose your lift pass. As the number of guests surges, a “whack-a-mole” game continues between the ski patrol and trespassers. Respect the Niseko Rules for the safety of yourself and your companions.
