日本海を低気圧が北上し暖気流入、山麓は融雪が進む。標高1000m以上は南風が強まり標高700m以上は濃い霧。観測から新たなふきだまりの発達はないが、場所により雪庇崩壊の雪崩が起こりやすい。雪庇はバス並みに重い。崩壊は一瞬で起こり逃げられない。雪庇で遊んではならない。主なゲートは閉じられる。パトロールの指示に従うこと。昨日、春の滝に侵入したグループが捕まっている。ニセコルールはスキー場利用者のコース外滑走の権利を尊重して設けられている。立ち入り禁止区域には絶対に入ってはならない。自由な滑走のためにルールの遵守を。光が弱く斜面の凹凸が見にくい。暴走転倒に注意。次の嵐まで新雪はない。我慢を。現在の積雪表面は2月15日温度勾配層として残る。降雪推移に注意。屋根からの落雪に注意。子供が遊んでいたら危険を教えること。良い一日を。
